How do I get my event listed?
Send the details through the List your event form. We check every listing before it goes on the calendar, and we'll email you when it's live or if we have questions.
Why do some festivals have no date yet?
Traditional festivals are dated by each kingdom, often only a few weeks ahead. We show them in the month they usually fall and add the dates once they're announced.
Can visitors go to traditional festivals?
Many festival days are public, with dances, regattas and displays that anyone can watch. Some rites are private or limited to certain people. Go with a local host if you can, ask before taking photos, and follow your hosts' guidance.
